Easy Cranberry Meatballs

Cranberry Cocktail Meatballs

*Can use a bag of beef, turkey, beef/pork mix frozen meatballs, or make your own homemade meatballs.

Ingredients:

32 oz. bag Frozen Meatballs (any kind you prefer)

14-15 oz. can, jellied or whole cranberry sauce (if you like)

12 oz. Chili sauce (like Heinz)

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. black pepper

4 tbsp. Brown sugar

2 tbsp. Soy sauce

1 tbsp. Lemon juice

Directions: In a 6-quart slow cooker, combine frozen meatballs, cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Cover and cook on LOW heat up to 4 hours. Be sure to stir the mixture every once in a while to ensure the meatballs are well-coated.

*Makes 3 to 4 dozen meatballs, depending on the number of meatballs you have.

**I meant to take a photo of my cooked meatballs. I made these to take to a potluck and forgot to snap a pic before they were all gone. At least the clean dish let me know they were enjoyed :0)
