-True repentance begins with confession. It’s not just saying “I’m sorry”.
-True repentance means agreeing with God that what you did was wrong and needs to be cleansed.
-True repentance is coming to grips with your rebellion against God so that you see you have been sinful and need to be cleansed.
-True repentance makes NO EXCUSES. It says “This is my problem and my sin. I didn’t have to yield but I did. I can’t blame it on anyone else”.

Amen! I needed to read this today because I struggle with sinful behavior and though I know I’m at fault, I try to make excuses. I like your new blog home. How do you like it? I hope you get more traffic here. Google Blogger seems be losing content creators. Probably because they have become woke in their policies.

Hey Regina! I haven’t blogged on WordPress in years. Things look a bit different since then so I’m trying to relearn my way around here. I hear you sis on the struggle with sinful behavior. We’re all guilty one way or another but we have to remind ourselves that “obedience is better than sacrifice”.
